ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please inform us by telephone.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.

PAYMENT
We do not require a deposit. We request that you pay the total amount for the apartment either in cash or by bank transfer a few days before your arrival. We do not accept credit cards. 

BOOKING
Please understand that bookings must be confirmed in writing.

FINAL CLEANING
Apartment type A and type B - 45,00 €
Apartment type B+, type C and type D - 50,00 €

BREAKFAST
You are welcome to take breakfast at our Hotel Lechner (250m) if you wish (€16.00 per person). We will be delighted to provide you with a bread service on request.

DOGS
You can bring your four-legged friend upon prior request. We charge € 10.00 per day (food not included). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the spa area or the sunbathing lawn. Please bring your own basket or blanket. We cannot take dogs in the high season.

PRICE CHANGES
In summer, rates are quoted exclusively for 4 people in the large Type B+, Type C and Type D holiday apartments.

EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS
In the case of early departures or late arrivals, we charge the full value of the original booking.

IMAGES
All floor plan images are for guideline purposes only and are not binding. This may also apply to colour schemes.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before departure. After this period, according to European travel law, we are authorised to charge 100% of the total price. We recommend that you book travel cancellation insurance.
